You must follow our terms and conditions whenever you use, browse, register or place an order with www.craftclearance.co.uk.

1. Currency
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (� or GBP).
2. Online Payments
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, through a secure server. The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt. The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue. No credit card details are stored on our website.
3. Shipping/Carriage
We use Royal Mail and courier services for deliveries within the UK only. We do not ship internationally or to the Channel Islands. �You should allow up to 3 working days before despatch and then an appropriate time for the parcels to be delivered to your destination. We do however pride ourselves that our service is second to none and usually achieve very fast turnaround times for orders.
Please note - we charge no postage or shipping on orders over �25 in value - any smaller orders under that value have a postage cost of �2.99.
4. Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. If you receive goods in damaged condition, that you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify us by e-mail, post or telephone (please see contact details below), within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
5. Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage and again a refund can only be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
6. Goods not Available for Shipment
In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your goods, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and send the rest of items ordered, if appropriate.
Please note we do not ship outside of the UK.
7. Confidentiality
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers as strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
8. Complaints
We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact info@craftclearance.co.uk. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.

Delivery
You will get free standard UK delivery on orders of �25 or more. We charge �2.99 for standard delivery on orders under �25.
Delayed Orders
Please contact our Customer Services team if your order has not arrived within 28 days with the order reference number from your confirmation email.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post or to Craft Clearance, Vernon Court, Henson Way, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, Northants, NN16 8PX for a full refund or exchange. Unless the product is shown to be fault, you will be liable for the cost of returns.
Your Rights
Goods must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds
If you would like a refund, once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.

Some goods cannot be returned by post because of legal restrictions. They include:
DVDs if you've broken the seal on the wrapping.
Perishable and other items that deteriorate fast.
Please also:
Package your return up securely.
Take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
Send your return to us within 14 days.
Send the original packaging where possible.
Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
